I did contact them, they e-mailed me back and gave me a CS number to call, which I haven't done yet. Then suddenly, no IWG at all, and I e-mailed them again.
The rules to this game are super confusing. On the cover page it says I have 25/25 entries earned, and on the top I have 51/170 chances to win. The rules say: "Up to a maximum of 25 entries during the promotion period." Then further down it says, "Each entrant may receive up to 320 entries during the Promotion Period through any method or combination of methods of entry."
I'm wondering if you get only 25 chances at the IWG.
