Fat girls on the Bus

Main question: 
How is it that they can commit to time consuming make-up regimen, and expensive outer acessories, but not to jogging 20mins a day, (which is arguable all one needs, as long as there's consistency)
On the bus today:
Saw around, counted, 22x "big" girls while riding the campus buses between classes.
I notice many of them have very complicated make up scenarios,, foundation, mascara, liner, shadow (feathered), toner, bronzer, nude lip, etc etc..
Also, many wear a decent amount of middle brand clothing, lots of BR mainly, they're relatively young after-all.
SO, all of this cost money and time, the make up well exceeds 20 mins in most of these cases,
And their cloths are obviously not cheap either...

I have them on my arms and shoulders from doing sports in highschool
I just wanted to see what sport caused you to get stretch marks on your arms and shoulders.

Most women, if they saw a short guy and tall guy of approximately the same attractiveness, would pick the taller one.
Just like most men will approach the women they find more attractive first.. and those are features are generally tied to fertility cues, thanks to evolution. Not excusing the superficialness
