The Sweepstakes starts 11/15/11 at 12:00 A.M., ET and ends 12/16/11 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET.
Limit of four (4) entries per person each calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the email address or Facebook account used. Entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 P.M., ET on 12/20/11.
5. PRIZES:
a. One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a Dream Broadway Weekend trip ("Trip") for two persons consisting of: (i) roundtrip first class airfare for two (2) from the major airport nearest to Winner's residence to New York City (Newark, NJ Liberty International Airport); (ii) 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (one large standard room with queen bed; double occupancy) at a hotel as designated by Sponsor (iii) two (2) tickets to two (2) Broadway hit shows, as selected by Sponsor; (iv) Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) spending money per day; and (v) personalized pick-up ground transportation between airport and hotel. Total Approximate Retail Value of Trip: $11,183.05depending on city of origin. If the actual retail value of the Trip is less than stated Total Approximate Retail Value, the Winner will not receive the difference in value. All expenses not specified above, such as meals, beverages, mini-bar, entertainment, telephones, souvenirs, gratuities, ground transportation, insurance, personal or spa services, rental car mileage and fuel surcharges, etc., are solely the Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. All federal, state and local taxes are also solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All accommodations and reservations will be as arranged by Sponsor and are subject to advance notice, holiday black-out dates and availability. Trip must be taken on the weekend as specified by the Sponsor or the Grand Prize will be forfeited without any further responsibility on the part of Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities. The Winner's travel companion must be of the age of majority in his/her state of residence unless the Grand Prize Winner is the travel companion's parent, legal guardian or spouse. possess all required travel documents and must travel together on same itinerary. Other Trip restrictions may apply. Sponsor has no responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced or mutilated tickets and/or travel documents, baggage, flight delays, or any other occurrences beyond its control. Sponsor has no responsibility for the Grand Prize Winner's inability or failure to accept or utilize the Grand Prize as described herein or for his/her travel companion's inability to utilize the Grand Prize. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance and Publicity/Liability Release, where allowed by law, and such other documents as may be reasonably requested by Sponsor. Failure to sign and return these documents by the return date specified in the prize notification will result in forfeiture of the entire Grand Prize, and, time allowing, the selection of an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner's travel companion must also sign and return a notarized Publicity/Liability Release, as allowed by law, within the stated time period. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a Form 1099 for tax purposes in the amount of the actual retail value of the Trip and must submit his/her Social Security Number, as required by law. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash; nor is it transferable or substitutable except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value

One (1) First Prize: The First Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) that the First Prize Winner may use towards hosting his/her own Karaoke party (ARV: $2,000). All other costs and expenses associated with the party are solely the First Prize Winner's responsibility. The potential First Prize Winner will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance and Publicity/Liability Release, where allowed by law, and such other documents as may be reasonably requested by Sponsor. Failure to sign and return these documents by the return date specified in the prize notification will result in forfeiture of the entire First Prize, and, time allowing, the selection of an alternate potential First Prize Winner. The First Prize Winner will be issued a Form 1099 for tax purposes in the amount of the actual retail value of the Trip and must submit his/her Social Security Number, as required by law. The First Prize is not transferable or substitutable except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value.

Five (5) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize Winner will receive a Hallmark Merry-Okee microphone (ARV: $18.99) and an iPod Touch® 64 GB (ARV: $400.00); Total ARV of each Second Prize: $418.99; Total ARV of all Second Prizes: $2,094.95). Prizes are not redeemable for cash; nor are they transferrable or substitutable except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value.
d. Ten (10) Third Prizes : Each Third Prize Winner will each receive a One Hundred Dollar ($100) Hallmark Gold Crown Gift Card. (ARV: $100 each Prize, Total ARV of all Prizes: $1,000). Gift Cards must be used in compliance with their terms and conditions as stated at http://www.hallmark.co
