Sweepstakes starts December 05, 2011 at 12:00 am (PST) and ends December 23, 2011 at 11:59 pm (PST).
Must be a legal resident of the United States of America (excluding Puerto Rico and its other territories and possessions), Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), The United Kingdom, Germany, Norway, Australia and Brazil and you must be eighteen (18) or older to be eligible to participate.

Each entrant will be allowed 1 direct entry. Entrants who enter online can receive additional entries by recruiting their friends to participate in the promotion.
The prizes of this promotion at a minimum consists of the following:
one (1) NVIDIA 3D Vision Kit with an approximate retail value of US $150;
two (2) NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti GPUs with an approximate retail value of US $150 each;
twelve (12) NVIDIA GTX 560 GPUs with an approximate retail value of US $200 each;
one (1) NVIDIA 3D Vision capable monitor with an approximate retail value of US $700;
one (1) x79 Motherboard with dual NVIDIA GTX 580 GPUs with an approximate retail value of US $1400.
