The Promotion commences on January 13, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion consists of an "Instant Win Game" and a "Sweepstakes." An eligible entrant ("Entrant") may play the Instant Win Game and receive an entry into the Sweepstakes Grand Prize drawing once each day throughout the Promotion Period.
RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: On or about April 3, 2012, PrizeLogic will randomly select one (1) potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner is subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Promotion
PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. Instant Win Game Prizes:
Instant Win Prize 1: Ten (10) Instant Winners will each receive a 100% Cashmere Throw. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each: $275.00.
Instant Win Prize 2: Ten (10) Instant Winners will each receive a Goose Down Comforter. ARV of each: $250.00.
Instant Win Prize 3: Ten (10) Instant Winners will each receive a Down Jacket. ARV of each: $175.00.

Instant Win Prize 4: Ten (10) Instant Winners will each receive a De'Lohngi® EC155 15 BAR Pump Espresso and Cappuccino maker. ARV of each: $140.00.

Instant Win Prize 6: Ten (10) Instant Winners will each receive a 100% Cashmere Scarf. ARV of each: $125.00.
Instant Win Prize 7: Twenty (20) Instant Winners will each receive a 1 year supply of Dole Fruit Crisp (awarded in the form of 52 product certificates, each good for one free package). ARV of each: $114.40.
Instant Win Prize 8: Ten (10) Instant Winners will each receive a Merino Wool Sweater. ARV of each: $100.00.
Instant Win Prize 9: Ten (10) Instant Winners will each receive a Barefoot Dreams® CozyChic® Robe. ARV of each: $98.00.
Instant Win Prize 10: Ten (10) Instant Winners will each receive a pair of Leather Gloves. ARV of each: $85.00.
Instant Win Prize 11: Ten (10) Instant Winners will each receive a pair of Sorel® slippers. ARV of each: $60.00.
Instant Win Prize 12: Twenty (20) Instant Winners will each receive a months' supply of Dole Fruit Crisp (awarded in the form of 4 product certificates, each good for one free package). ARV of each: $8.80.
Instant Win Prize 13: One Thousand (1,000) Instant Winners will each receive a package of Dole Fruit Crisp (awarded in the form of a product certificate good for one free package): ARV of each: $2.20.
Limit one (1) Instant Win Game Prize per person. An Instant Winner may also win the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.
B. Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will win a trip for four (4) (the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests [the "Guests]) to Fiji (the "Sweepstakes Grand Prize Trip" or "Trip"). The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Trip will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and Guests from the gateway airport closest to Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner's home (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Nadi International Airport in Fiji; seven (7) days/six (6) nights hotel accommodations (single room, quad occupancy) at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, $500 per diem in spending money (awarded in the form of a check for $3,500 made out to the winner) and round-trip ground transportation in Fiji between Nadi International Airport and the hotel.
