There are many theories on the causes of obesity. Some say too much fat, too many calories. Ironically, many of the modern diets have generally failed to fix the problem.
The above video is long. For people who will reply with tl;dr here is the synopsis:
Watch it if you get a chance. I really enjoyed it and found it both eye opening and informative, without needing some shock factor or sex to sell it. It follows a simple premise and makes a lot of sense.

I'm fixin to get through with physical therapy and then I'll start to use the stationary bike and elliptical until I get 100 % better.
.
All I know is I'll get kicked out of the military if I don't get back in shape soon.

Question, if we add fiber to our juice would it not make it any worse than fruit?

I don't care for aspartame (mainly just taste-wise) but it can break down into methanol and formaldehyde...but it exits your system before that happens. I still think it's gross though...
I'm always a fan of regular sucrose, but I'd rather sucralose for complete calorie free stuff. Saccharin is calorie free but to keep it stable most add maltodextrin to it which has calories.
I always go by everything in moderation, so if your replacing sugar in your coffee or tea with sucralose then that should be fine, but don't go baking tons of sweets and stuff with it and eat all of it often and think you'll be fine.

Anyone get a chance to watch the video in the OP?
I am happy in knowing that my kids are learning what to do and how to eat to keep from being a statistic. Most of all, they know they could still eat sugary goodness and not worry about all the hype.

Regardless, it's a very informative video.
I'd still recommend watching it.
