Promotion begins on April 30, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 27, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit the Wendy's® Facebook page at www.facebook.co
Limit : Each entrant may play the Instant Win Game as many times per day as possible using the Facebook Application as instructed, but may only win up to three (3) total Instant Win prizes for the Promotion Period. Each entrant may enter the Sweepstakes for a chance at a Sweepstakes Grand Prize one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
Sweepstakes: Administrator will randomly select five (5) potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received up until the drawing date on or around May 14 (for the Like Grand Prize), five (5) potential winners on or around May 21 (for the Sports Grand Prize), and one (1) potential winner on or around May 28, 2012 (for the Music Grand Prize). Non-winning entries will carry-over into subsequent drawings, if any. Instant Win Game: Nine hundred twenty four (924) random, computer-generated winning times occurring during the Promotion Period, one for each Instant Win Game prize listed below, will be generated. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly-generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated.
Sweepstakes Prizes:
ONE (1) MUSIC GRAND PRIZE : A concert experience for two (2). Travel for one (1) winner and one (1) guest to see a select concert in the United States on dates to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip includes round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major gateway airport nearest winner's home within the U.S. to a select concert at a location in the U.S. to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, two (2) tickets to a select concert in the U.S., one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights/three (3) days, and $250 spending money. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $4,750. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Winner must travel within one (1) year of the drawing date (or on dates specified by Sponsor, if applicable), or forfeit the prize. Selection of airline, hotel, concert location, and concert seat locations are solely within Sponsor's discretion. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. Tickets are subject to program availability, venue capacity and artist restrictions. All federal, state and local taxes and any other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including meals, ground transportation, gratuities, incidentals, travel upgrades, fees, service charges, surcharges, insurance costs or any other costs and expenses, are solely the winner's responsibility. All travelers must travel on same itinerary. Travel must be roundtrip. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. If trip destination is less than two hundred (200) miles from the winner's residence, winner will be provided spending cash for driving expenses in lieu of air transportation. Sponsor is not responsible if concert is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets in such event. Tickets may be subject to issuer's standard rain-check policies and procedures. If winner is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), at least one of winner's guests must be winner's parent/legal guardian. If any guest of winner is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner must be minor's parent/legal guardian and must complete required paperwork on behalf of minor as applicable. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of prize documents. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions set forth on the ticket. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of concert.
FIVE (5) SPORTS GRAND PRIZES : A $1,000 gift code. ARV: $1,000. Specific gift code brand determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
FIVE (5) LIKES GRAND PRIZES : A pair of airline vouchers. Vouchers awarded in a form and for the airline determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $1,000.
Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes prize per person.
