2nd Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time CT on May 7, 2012 and 8:59:59 am CT on May 14, 2012.
3rd Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time CT on May 14, 2012 and 8:59:59 am CT on May 21, 2012.
4th Promotion Period: enter between 9:00:00 am Central Time CT on May 21, 2012 and 8:59:59 am CT on May 28, 2012.
