1.Dates: Beginning at 12:01 pm Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on May 7, 2012 and ending at 11:59 pm EST on June 24, 2012 ("Entry Period").
2.To Enter: Entry is available by completing and submitting the entry form as directed at www.Playboy.com (the "Website") during the Entry Period. Only one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address, per day (24 hour period) will be accepted. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times on a single day (24 hour period) will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor (as defined below) and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any individual submitting a valid entry per these official rules shall be referred to as an "Entrant".
3.Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. (excluding Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions) ("Eligibility Area") who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses regardless where they live) or members of households of Playboy Plus Entertainment, Inc. ("Sponsor), Focus Features and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, design, print production and publicity agencies and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstakes (together with Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Winner Selection: A random drawing will be held on or about June 29th, 2012, from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be chosen by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail at Sponsor's discretion on or about July 2nd 2012.

Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
1.Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner plus a guest (2 people total, both must be 21+) will win a trip ("Trip") to attend the Playboy Halloween 2012 Party ("Party") in Los Angeles, California on dates to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Trip includes roundtrip standard airfare for two (must be on the same flights) from major commercial gateway airport nearest winners residence in the 48 contiguous United States; one (1) room for two (2) nights standard accommodations at a hotel to be chosen by Sponsor; and ground transportation between airport, hotel, and Party.
