Contest: Submit a photo of the top 5 essentials you need for working on the go.
Started: May 16
Ends: June 20
Eligibility: 18+, U.S. Only, Photo contest
Limit: One entry per week. Users can only be selected as a finalist once.
Prizes: Each week, only weekly finalist will receive a new 16GB iPad w/ WiFi + 4g. At the end of the contest, a grand prize winner will be selected from the finalists to receive:
Two (2) $1,000 United Airlines gift certificates (terms and conditions apply), a Toshiba Portege Ultrabook, a Verizon mobile MiFi® hotspot and two-year contract for a data plan (to be provided as a $1,229 Verizon gift card), a Plantronics Stereo Headset and one (1) year of free access for GoTo Meeting.

Follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including your name, email address and a valid home address. Then, follow the directions to upload one (1) photo that displays your top five (5) items you need to work on the go and a description of your "top 5" items and why you need them in two hundred (200) characters or fewer. Collectively your photo and description will be referred to as your submission ("Submission").
Limit: Each entrant may upload one (1) Submission for each Weekly Contest Period.
Winner Determination: After each Weekly Contest Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the highest-scoring Submission from among all eligible Submissions based on the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
• Creativity of the Submission (45%);
• Originality of the five (5) items selected (45%); and
• Quality of the Submission (10%).
In the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the highest score for "Originality of the five items selected ", as determined by the qualified judges, in their sole discretion, will be deemed the applicable potential Weekly Contest winner. Sponsor reserves the right to not select a Weekly Contest winner, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions for the applicable Weekly Contest Period.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be chosen at the end of the Contest Period from among all of the Weekly Contest winners based on the judging criteria listed above.
Limit: Each entrant may upload one (1) Submission for each Weekly Contest Period.
