Sweepstakes begins at 2:00 p.m. ET Saturday, May 26, 2012 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET Tuesday, June 19, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia, age 18 years or older.

Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address per day.
PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day two (2) night trip to Los Angeles, CA, for two (2) people to attend the 39th Annual Daytime Emmy® Awards. Grand Prize includes the following:
(a) round trip coach class airfare from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence to a Los Angeles area airport;
(b) round trip airport transfers between the airport and Destination hotel;
(c) double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) people in the Beverly Hilton Hotel for two (2) nights; and
(d) a make-over for the winner and guest which includes i) hairstyle, ii) make-up, and iii) clothing to be provided by HLN to wear to the awards (value of clothing shall not exceed eight hundred dollars $800.00).
Total ARV of prize: Four thousand and fifty dollars ($4,050.00). Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice and trip must be booked when dictated by Sponsor. Winner and guest must depart from the same airport and travel on the same itinerary. Sponsor reserves the right to approve any travel dates and trip must be taken from Friday, June 22, 2012 through Sunday, June 24, 2012 or the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for any travel related delays or cancellations. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
