Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on June 18, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on July 29, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period is subject to six (6) weekly Entry Periods as outlined below. F
Open to legal US Residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

There will be six (6) weekly Entry Periods held during the Sweepstakes Period, each associated with a drawing. Each Entry Period begins at 12:00 a.m. CT on the first day of the Entry Period and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on the last day of the Entry Period. The six (6) Entry Periods and drawing dates are:
Limit of one (1) Initial Entry (defined below) per Entrant per day. The maximum number of Initial Entries allowed per Entrant per Entry Period is seven (7). Non-winning eligible Initial Entries and Bonus Entries (defined below) from previous drawings will not carry over to the next Entry Period and will not be considered eligible for subsequent drawings. In order to be eligible for any or all of the six (6) Entry Periods, Entrants must enter each Entry Period separately.
There will be six (6) random drawings held on or about June 25, 2012 (for Entry Period 1); July 2, 2012 (for Entry Period 2); July 9, 2012 (for Entry Period 3); July 16, 2012 (for Entry Period 4); July 23, 2012 (for Entry Periods 5); and July 30, 2012 (for Entry Period 6). For each drawing, one (1) Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the respective Entry Period.
PRIZES: One (1) prize of $500 gas card gift card will be awarded to each Prize Winner.
Each Prize will be awarded based upon the gas retailer chosen by the winner at time of prize claim, subject to availability, and may be awarded in the form of multiple gift cards equivalent to $500.00 as will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion at time at which the Prize is awarded (see "Prize Claims/Notification" section below). In the event a Prize Winner resides more than ninety (90) miles from one of the gas retailers provided at time of Prize Claim, the respective Prize Winner will be awarded the $500.00 as cash in the form of a check. A total of six (6) Prizes will be awarded. The approximate retail value (the "ARV") of each prize is $500.00. The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $3,000.

INITIAL ENTRY: To earn your Initial Entry into an Entry Period, complete the Entry Form in its entirety, including your first name, last name, telephone number (including area code), and email address. Then, click the 'Enter" button in order to receive one (1) Initial entry for the drawing associated with the Entry Period in which you clicked on the "Enter" button.
BONUS ENTRIES: Entrants who follow the steps outlined above to receive an Initial Entry in an Entry Period may also earn bonus entries (each, a "Bonus Entry") by inviting friends to the Fan Page to participate in the Sweepstakes. Bonus Entries may be obtained via one (1) or all of the three (3) methods listed below. There is no limit to the number of Bonus Entries an Entrant may obtain per Entry Period.
(a) Sharing via your Wall: Visit the Fan Page and select the "AutoZone FREE Gas- A Winner Every Week Sweeps" during an Entry Period and locate the "Post to Your Wall" icon found at the bottom of the Entry Form. Then click the "Share" button.
(b) Friend Invitation: Visit the Fan Page and select the "AutoZone FREE Gas- A Winner Every Week Sweeps" tab during an Entry Period and locate the "Send Invite Requests" icon found at the bottom of the Entry Form. Then click the "Invite" button and when prompted, select Friends via your Facebook Friend list or by manually typing your Friend's email address in the field provided. Then click the "Send Sweepstakes Invitation" button.
Entrants will receive five (5) Bonus Entries into the drawing associated with the Entry Period in which each Friend who; (a) entered the Sweepstakes Via the "Shared wall post"; or (b) entered the Sweepstakes as a result of the Friend Invitation. IMPORTANT: IN ORDER TO RECEIVE BONUS ENTRIES THE FRIEND(S) IN WHICH YOU HAVE INVITED AND/OR THE FRIEND(S) WHO LEARNED OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIA YOUR WALL POST MUST ALSO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES BY FOLLOWING THE STEPS TO RECEIVE AN INITIAL ENTRY.
