Eligibility: 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person. One (1) MVP Prize: MVP Winner will receive choice of GREEN BAY PACKERS PACKAGE or $2,000:

• GREEN BAY PACKERS PACKAGE: Trip for two (2) to a 2012 Green Bay Packers regular season game at Lambeau Field (regular season game to be determined solely by Sponsor). Package includes: two (2) club-level tickets to a 2012 Green Bay Packers regular season game at Lambeau Field (seat locations to be determined solely by Sponsor); roundtrip, coach-class airfare for Winner and one (1) guest from airport near Winner's place of residence (selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); two (2) nights hotel accommodations (hotel to be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; one (1) double occupancy room; excludes meals, room service, or other incidentals); two (2) passes to the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame; a $100 voucher for food and beverages within Lambeau Field; and $500 MasterCard gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $6,110. OR

Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. MVP Winner's guest must be 18 years of age or older, or, if guest is not 18 years of age of older, guest must be a member of the MVP Winner's immediate family (sibling or child). Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Winner and his/her guest must possess any necessary valid travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo ID) in order to travel. Trip must be taken to the Green Bay Packers 2012 regular season game at Lambeau Field or prize will be forfeited; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itineraries in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of the flight. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations and any change incurred while booking travel are Winner's sole responsibility. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, federal, state, and local taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to and from the airport to Winner's home residence and transportation to and from the hotel to Lambeau Field are the Winner's sole responsibility.
These are estimated values only. The actual value of the MVP Prize is expected to vary, based on the point of origination, airfare fluctuations, ticket price fluctuations, and hotel pricing. If the actual value of the travel, hotel, and ticket portion of prize is less than stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored. If the Winner resides within 300 miles of the travel destination, alternate travel arrangements may be made by the Sponsor at its sole discretion and the value of prize may be adjusted accordingly. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets.


Ten (10) First-Team Prizes: One (1) Green Bay Packers Elite Jersey sold through the Packers Pro Shop. (ARV of each First-Team Prize with shipping included: $300).


Twenty (20) Gridiron Prizes: One (1) $50 gift card to the Packers Pro Shop. (ARV of each Gridiron Prize: $50).


Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded during the Promotion Period is $10,110.
