The seller made a mistake, the mistake needs to be fixed. When I have sold something and made a mistake, I refunded the person AND sent the correct item. It's a thing called "Customer Service". Maybe something you aren't aware of? Without customers, you have no sales, without sales you have no money, without money you have nothing. Vicious cycle, don't you think?
Nikayla- I got the Zhu Zhu's month's ago on amazon. I already opened Peachy (I think, or something like that) and played with her...
I need some secret help in pm's really quick, anyone game? Rep's your way, and a goody envelope?
Oh and does anyone have that Bissell Steam Cleaner that's in the ad this week? I clean the carpets at least once a month here (bad allergies), and I need one instead of renting them. It's just so much easier to rent the commercial one and get it done...If not ,any other recommendations? I want to buy it tomorrow, so I can clean this weekend

There was no abuse. Where are you getting that that is abuse? If a mistake was made, it should be shipped the same day the person contacts the seller (provided the PO is open, even if not, the item should be ready to go in the next available mailing day). It takes one person to start complaining about a bad trader/seller, to get others aware. Others becoming aware means a decline in sales for that seller. Decline in sales means no more money for that seller. I had a clipping business, I had thousands upon thousands of orders every month. I messed up once in a blue moon, but you can bet your behind that I made every one of those mistakes REAL good, from a full refund (including postage), to mailing out the correct ones immediately. I also included extras that I knew would interest the person. I'm not sure how you have never gotten anything free? So you are telling me that you have placed tons of perfect orders online, and completed hundreds of perfect transcations in stores, and have had 100% perfect trades? Wow, I wish I could have that luck!

I am hoping the seller does both (refund and send me my damn coupons). Greedy or not...I have been waiting on these coupons and I WANT the RIGHT ones.
I really wish SHE wouldn't come in the chat thread...I try to only post in here as to NOT be criticized. lol
