We like the Bourne series a lot. The bolded movies all sound good. I'll have to give DH the list. I'm not much for superhero movies, but DH likes them. Occasionally, I watch one to appease him. I don't think we've seen Public Enemy. I'll have to ask DH. If not, we'll try to watch that too. Thanks for all the suggestions.
I have the Kennedys on DVR & haven't gotten around to watching it yet. I should do that.
I love Julia Roberts. She was the star in some great movies, when I was young. I haven't seen any of her recent movies. I also like Jennifer Aniston okay. She seems to choose horrible movies though. She really needs to let someone else choose her movies for her.
Oh no, it sounds like I should avoid Hachi. Some commercials make me cry. When we watch what I consider a sad show/movie, my guys make fun of me for crying.
Enjoy your movie night! I like going to this one theatre up in Seattle near where DBF lives - they serve some pretty delish food while watching! I think there's one here, I hear it's close to where nerdi lives, but I've yet to go. Will definitely have to be a special occasion to go!
I feel that America is in love with Julia Roberts. But I don't like her. I never saw any of her movies until she appeared in Ocean's. I hate her laugh. And her lips are just too distracting. Especially the top lip with the implant. I can't take her seriously because of it. I watch people's lips when they talk and anything around it is going to distract me

January 27 is when the changes take place. First-class letter rate goes up to $0.46. Parcel Post will undergo a name change...Standard Post. Delivery Confirmation is no more. They are implementing USPS Tracking which will be free on Priority Mail and Standard Post. It can be purchased for First-Class Parcels and Media Mail. For those of you that purchased Del Con in the Post Office and are familiar with the green slips, there will not be a slip that you can keep. Your tracking number will be listed on your receipt. (It was actually always listed on the receipt.)
That is all I can recall from the conversation. He knew some other price changes too. Since the tracking will be free on Priority & Standard, I am guessing the price difference between the two may be a bit greater than it is now.
i can't remember the last julia roberts film i liked... possibly the oceans series. you're right tho - i can watch pretty woman over and over - such a great movie.
don't watch magic mike. your DH will not appreciate it. that's something you watch on your own, if you want to see half naked beefy guys dance. i think it's set either in your town or somewhere close to you tho. a couple of my gf's and i watched it as a precursor to my bachelorette party, if that's any clue. : lol:
i keep wanting to order that sweater! it looks like ppl are buying it - soon it'll sell out in S and i won't be able to buy it. phew! :lo l: the shedding would be very annoying but i guess you could just wear black underneath.
oh, speaking of which - i forgot to mention yesterday when we were discussing bright pants and how you didn't want to look flashy wearing them. i usually wear colored pants with black or a likewise neutral color on top (grey, white). it's really just flipping the bright tee and jeans look. i have a lot of neutral colored tops bc i tend towards them, so it makes it pretty easy to put together outfits.
We should all go ahead & buy that sweater to see what we think. If not, we may regret it.
You wear your colored pants like I do shorts. I'm almost convinced me to buy some pastel pants for Spring thanks to you all. I'm giving it some serious thought.
:hu gs: great to see you too! I have my induction date for Feb 1! :wo ot:

I've yet to see Erin Brockovich and Pretty Woman. I want to see Erin Brockovich though. But I don't think aside from those movies, Julia Roberts really has any good ones. She looks great in pretty dresses though!
That sounds super down there. I don't even know where it is! :hi de:
Thank you so much!! I thought it was the palm print! I like the lemon print too! Would probably be a cute bag turned inside out! I wish they made it reversible. People don't all like pink :annoy ed: What mean a VS! Mine never gave me a problem when I took a pictures!
Our theater serves a full service meal in the Bistro. They have a full bar also. The seating is separate from the rest of the theater & you have to be 21 to dine there, while watching a movie.
My favorite Julia Roberts movie was Steel Magnolias. Mystic Pizza was a fun movie for teenagers, which I was at the time. I really liked Dying Young, Sleeping with the Enemy, Conspiracy Theory & The Pelican Brief also. Obviously, everyone liked Pretty Woman. I didn't realize she had gotten lip implants. Her lips have always been very full.
the non-lace ones are cheaper and more wearable, but i got my lace for $28
We'll probably watch Hachi eventually. I'll be prepared to cry, & threaten my guys to not harass me about it.

I like the 21 + to dine places. The one at Seattle is just like that. Seating is still like stadium seating, but just separated more for them to come up and serve.
Let me know about the movies and how you like them once you get around to watching them!

Anyways... You girls have been unusually talkative in here.
I've been ordered on bed rest, so I'll probably pop in more often to check up on you.
Sorry I missed you. Was on the
True about all those historical influences
. . .
And then once baby is here, DBF is taking off to care for us both, and then my mom is taking off.
Ok, enough complaining. lol
Two more weeks though, and she'll be here! I have my induction appointment already, but hopefully she'll show up on her own!
. . .
It's funny how cultures can be so different. Everyone I knew growing up bought carpet based on how much dirt it would hide.
. . .
I wanted to tell you I wore the dark purple pants yesterday the way Nerdi mentioned them- with a neutral "nude" colored top and nude heels. My MIL had these pants at Thanksgiving and after I saw how she wore them, I loved it. Try a pair! I'm looking at 1 pair of pastels for spring/summer too.

I think I'm just returning my dress. It's a sign not to keep too many, especially if they'll go unworn.

I wonder if we'd be able to resist when express puts new arrivals on sale.
