I had a TERRIBLE experience with Philosophy also. I sent in an issue with a tinted moisturizer. The product I bought was NOT what was in the sample tube I received that prompted me to buy it. I was upset about spending $40 on a product that wasn't what I was led to believe, so I politely emailed them. The response I got back was this"thank you for contacting philosophy. unfortunately, hope in a tinted moisturizer has been discontinued and can no longer be ordered. many factors are considered prior to discontinuing any of our beloved products.please continue to check the "what's new" tab on philosophy.com for the latest product innovations. we hope that you find a product you enjoy just as much!"

No capitalization annoyed me but to not even address what I sent in pissed me off. I sent a complaint and they sent that back. I called the 1-800 number and got the customer service manager. He told me I was wrong, I misunderstood his employee and she meant something else. Never apologized for the initial incident or anything. I will NEVER buy another Philosophy product. The manager, Jamal is an ASSHOLE.


Ha, I'm not even worried about it (the BonTon order) now - it was just weird. I appreciated them sending me the order, but it wasn't even what my issue was about. My issue was with their process. They never responded to emails or even talked to me, just sent the (wrong) products and moved on. I'm not impressed and won't order again. I basically had to publicly shame them into addressing me laugh out loud

No, these I actually ordered for myself...2 months ago lol. I'm keeping one, but I'm just over it with them. smh.

hug sorry... i know how hard it is to wait for packages. that's super late!

i got some amazon shoes today... nothing that i loved except the lace pumps. unfortunately they are a bit large but 1/2 size smaller would irritate my middle toe like all almond toe shoes do. they are so pretty though... i'm going to add as many insoles as i need to see if i can get them to work. the cushioning is pretty solid on those shoes... it's just my weird toe that makes it difficult to wear.

this is the normal delivery time for ups for me, unfortunately. i have to wait til the very end of the day for my packages.

i used the unsubscribe trick to get 20% code for amazon shoes and the code they sent me doesn't work. says "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase."

I just bought the Jessica Simpson Bianca sandals. Bought both black and nude because nordies had my size. Had to jump on them! Hope they're walkable!

yeah it looks the same but i didn't remember the red looking like that in back.
