I see 2 problems at limited. One is the sa's are snobby. They must think they're selling Chanel or something Crazy. Two, I don't think they're trained well. It takes the regular sa's forever to do online returns. I can tell a lot of the time that they really don't know what they're doing that well.

How much from urlhasbeenblocked? Last quarter, we were about the same.

Also, if I return an express order with shoes (and free returns) but include other items, will they charge me?
