I go "No, you are out of the Sophie toy".. she goes "That's very unlikely, let's take a look"... there's an ENTIRE FREAKING AISLE devoted to that toy, from regular toys, to toys with stuffed animals, to carrying cases, collectors tins!!!! I was a little PO'd, but the associate was really nice and magically found a 20% off coupon (I'd forgotten to bring one laugh out loud)

some store workers are just lazy i think. either that or poorly trained.

Hi all, question.. im making a few returns, i have a free return label from a coupon on one of my orders. Since now vs is giving both UPS and USPS labels, can i use both labels from that one order and both will be free or will i be charged for one of them? TIA!

only the first isn't charged. i got charged when i tested this theory out.

I tested it out a year or 2 ago and was charged for the 2nd label. It's better to just put a lot in one box and return it that way or either take a small return to the store.

i liked the white/black but didn't love it. i forgot why. now i have a 2nd chance with the beige/black! laugh out loud i think i never found it in my size for cheap enough, except once in store but it had some makeup stains on the white part. (too lazy to deal with stains)

ha! that's funny that you put it back and got a reaction out of her. i hate getting bday rewards in june due to sas. however, i haven't gotten one in the mail for at least 5 years, so i guess it doesn't matter. i used to try to call, but they always told me i'd get it either in the mail or via email (and i do get email ones). *oh well*

uggggh. i got a cancellation but it was only for 1 item (and i suspected that item would be oos since there was only 1 available when i placed the order). but if you've been keeping up you know that i've been having issues also, for no reason. could this be because of your new account? although, they put hold on my cc so that was my problem... it sounds like your account may be the problem for you. that really sucks. i don't know how you're able to talk to cs without getting piping mad... i'd be screaming at the phone.

they need to have reasons for doing things. it's really annoying that their cs doesn't know why. Frown hope it gets sorted out soon... perhaps you can email cs and ask them about it? when i emailed couple days ago i got responses pretty fast.

It took me forever to try it because it wasn't my favorite on the rack plus it's pretty fancy, but when I did, WOWzers, it was made for me. I'm certain I'll like the new version better. I hope that they are cut the same. Sometimes they're a little off from season to season.

i returned the xs. it's fitted and tts. i would have kept it if it would have been cheaper. i just wasn't willing to pay what i did. didn't love it that much. i may reorder since they went clearance.

i probably should have tried it, but i was cranky and hungry and wanted to get out of the store by that time. i'll be back probably next week... i have more limited returns. laugh out loud it really is pretty... but you're right - it's also fancy and i wouldn't really know where to wear it to except a wedding. (not many more of those... most of DH's friends are married and i think most of mine too... at least the ones that aren't single) i still have dresses i "stocked up on" for weddings years ago that i never wore.

i like it! the white is pretty opaque which is rare. i especially like the colorblock and am considering wearing it under the black lace tee to sort of get the look from that one photo. i also like that it hides your bra straps - it's good for wearing under stuff. thick though, since it's a 2-layer tank.

kinda annoyed at this 'box sale'. i haven't used my bday code and they haven't been discounting as much of the reg priced items due to the sale. i have the code plus coupon for in store... and june is half over. Frown

i saw someone in store yesterday try to use her may bday coupon and they said it was expired. Frown she was also buying like, 15 pieces... and trying to use her bday coupon. shake head she was a-list but you could tell she doesn't shop often. i felt bad and wanted to help her out. but i really should have just switched SA's with her - mine was clueless and might have let her use it. she got the more experienced SA who would have processed my returns better/more efficiently.
