caffeine crash Faint

Quote from vviles :
is that why people halluncinate on the absinthe?
and yes, caffeine will do that

bubble butt chewy!
Quote from Frogstar :
That was what was thought for some time, but what I read makes it seem more likely that it was various contaminants in the absinthe versus the actual wormwood/thujone.
The thujone is the active ingredient in much the same way that THC is the active ingredient in pot. In low doses, it really doesn't do anything. It's in vermouth as well. Even the stuff I made didn't make me severely hallucinate. It just felt like everything was bigger spatially. It was really kind of funny, and everything did have a tad of a hint of green or green colors stood out more. The queen said I was an ass when I drank it, but I think that's just because I just sat on the couch with a big shit-eating grin on my face for hours.

And F1 is partially right as well. The thujone doesn't seem to react the same if the alcohol isn't 190 proof and the other ingredients aren't present. I made a bunch of different batches of it and played around with the mixture.
Quote from vviles :
So chewy fried his brain on the absinthe
No! I fried my brain by reading books. Crazylaugh
Quote from Frogstar :
I believe he just soaked some wormwood in his, so he's fine.

Or at least, that's not what's wrong with him.
^this. There are other things and other reasons I am the way that I am.
Quote from vviles :
Sadbye chewy
Sadbye Whee
Quote from vviles :
Chewy wants to get his parasites drunk
Why in the fark would I want to pay for more government benefits when we can't even pay for the ones we provide now? Ranting
Quote from veritablequandary :
I always wanted to try real absinthe. For a while we sold fake stuff that was just green vodka mixed with some anise or something. It smelled like anisette/Sambucca anyway. But no way would stuffy old conservative Virginia sell the actual, hallucinogenic, apertif. Nono
I bought several bottles from countries where it was legal to sell, but even those weren't very potent because none of them make it with the proper alcohol content. If someone wants real absinthe (or as close as possible), they're gonna have to made it.

The recipe for "real" absinth has been lost for like 100 years. Anything made after 1900 is made by people trying to recreate what is lost.

We can try, damnit!!! Ranting But that's also like saying the real recipe for fried chicken was lost. The ingredients are the same . . . you just have to find the right mixture.

nod It's funny because in my head, I was moving like I thought was correct, and the instructor (who totally picked up on the first class that I moved like a yogi and not an exotic dancer) said BOOTY out! This isn't yoga Roll and then I felt what I was doing. So I will have to practice rolling around on the floor and rising like.I.want.it.
