per person per day. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
Timing: s is scheduled to begin on 12/31/2012 and end on 2/3/2013, or when 'Hooters To Go' scratch card game piece supplies run out
Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia ("D.C."), who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver's license or U.S. government issued ID
