Mastercard Priceless Cities #Love This City Sweepstakes ~ 12/31/13

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01PM Eastern Time ("ET") on 2/4/13 & ends at 11:59:59PM ET on 12/31/13 and consists of (11) Monthly Entry Periods, as outlined in the chart below.

Only open to legal residents of 50 United States or District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older prior to 2/4/13. Entrants do not need to be a MasterCard cardholder to enter or win this Sweepstakes.

How To Enter:

1) Registration: www.priceless.com/citysweeps Fully complete and submit the Official Registration Form including your name, email address, ZIP code, & selection of the Priceless City (Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, or New York) you are interested in to receive (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Limit (1) Sweepstakes Registration Submission per person & email address for duration of Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses used.

2) Sharing: Immediately following Registration during the Promotion Period receive up to (2) additional entries as follows:
a) Receive (1) additional entry by clicking the Twitter button available on the Thank You Page & following the prompts to login to your Twitter account & tweet the provided message to your Twitter Followers.
b) Receive (1) additional entry by clicking the Facebook button available on the Thank You Page & following the prompts to login to your Facebook account & share the provided message on your Facebook page.

3) To receive (2) additional entries into the Sweepstakes without sharing on Facebook or Twitter, send an email including your name, phone number, & ZIP code to [email protected]. Email subject line must include the words "#Love This City Sweepstakes Entry". Entries not following format requirements will be void.

Limit (3) total Sweepstakes entries per person & email address for duration of Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry (Registration, Sharing or Email) or the number of email addresses used. Each person may only use (1) email address to participate in this Sweepstakes, & such email address may only be used by (1) person, regardless of whether the email address is shared by (2) or more people. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, that entrant may be disqualified & any prize won may be forfeited at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Selection & Monthly Entry Periods: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 1/7/14 from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final & binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Monthly First Prize winners will be selected in (1) drawing per Month for each of the (4) Priceless Cities from among all eligible entries received for each individual City during said Monthly Entry Period (per dates listed below), for a total of (44) random drawings during the Promotion Period. There will be a total of (5) winners selected, per drawing, per City each month, for a total of (20) winners per month. Non-winning entries received from one Monthly Entry Period drawing will carry forward to subsequent Monthly Entry Period drawings per applicable City. Limit (1) Monthly First Prize per person, immediate family member, or household.

(1) Grand Prize: A 4-day/3-night trip for winner & (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the 56th Annual GRAMMY® Awards in February 2014. Trip includes:
• round-trip coach air transportation from the major U.S. airport nearest winner's official residence;
• (1) standard double-occupancy hotel accommodation;
• ground transportation to/from the airport & the applicable hotel in Los Angeles, to/from the hotel & the 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards, & select activities to be determined by Sponsor;
• access for (2) to the MasterCard hosted pre-party;
• (2) tickets to the 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards & the Official GRAMMY Celebration® After-Party;
• select onsite activities to be determined by Sponsor including a Welcome Reception dinner, tour of L.A., hair & makeup prior to GRAMMY Awards events, & select meals to be determined by Sponsor;
• a $300 MasterCard Prepaid Card; and
• $2,000 awarded as a check that may be used to offset taxes

Approximate Retail Value "ARV"=$10,500. Grand Prize trip must be taken on date(s) specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited & an alternate winner may be selected. Travel & hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Winner & guest must travel on the same itinerary & must be 18 years of age or older to attend the 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards Show. In order to attend the pre-party & the Official GRAMMY Celebration after-party, winner & guest must be 21 years of age or older. The 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards Show is tentatively scheduled to be in Los Angeles in February 2014, however the date, time, & location is yet to be confirmed, as determined in the sole discretion of The Recording Academy. Actual value of prize will vary depending on winner's city of departure & final flight itinerary. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation. If event (or any portion thereof) is canceled or postponed for any reason, balance of prize will be awarded in full satisfaction of prize award. Exact seat locations to be determined solely by Sponsor. Tickets are subject to terms & conditions specified thereon.
