There are two (2) "4th Generation Intel® Core™ Processor Launch Challenge" weekly promotions outlined herein.
The week 1 Promotion begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on June 17, 2013 and ends at 8:59 a.m. PT on June 24, 2013 ("Week 1 Promotion Period").
The week 3 Promotion begins at 9:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2013 and ends at 8:59 a.m. PT on July 8, 2013 (the "Week 3 Promotion Period").
Each weekly Promotion is subject to seven (7) individual Giveaways, which are each hosted by a unique Intel Online Retailer (each, an "Online Retailer" or "OLR"). The seven (7) Online Retailers are: (a) Micro Electronics, Inc.; (b) MAINGEAR Corporation; (c) NCIX.com, a division of Netlink Computer Inc. ("NCIX.com"); (d) Newegg, Inc.; (e) iBUYPOWER, Inc.; (f) CyberPowerPC; and (g) Memory Express, Inc. For each Giveaway, twenty-three (23) Prize Winners will be selected and each will receive a Prize. Entrants may enter all seven (7) Giveaways if desired, however each Giveaway must be entered separately as defined in the "HOW TO ENTER" section below.
Each Promotion is open only to persons who are either; (a) a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry; OR (b) a legal resident of Canada (excluding residents of the province of Quebec) and at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
HOW TO ENTER:
There are two (2) ways to enter each Giveaway held during the Week 1 Promotion and held during the Week 3 Promotion: (a) Online; or (b) Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE") as further defined below. You may enter all seven (7) Giveaways during the Week 1 Promotion and during the Week 3 Promotion if desired. Regardless of the method in which you choose to enter a Giveaway, there is a limit of one (1) entry per Entrant per Giveaway during the Week 1 Promotion and one (1) entry per Entrant per Giveaway during the Week 3 Promotion, and each must be entered separately.

Then (if you aren't already a fan of the Page), click the "Like" button, then find the "Giveaway" tab and after accepting the Promotion application you can enter as follows: Click the "Find the Answer Here" button to open the pop-up window for the 4th Generation Intel® Core™ processor product page on the OLR's website. Once at the Product Page, locate the missing word from the statement provided online. Once you have located the missing word, type the missing word in the field provided on the "Giveaway" tab on the Page. Then, click the "Submit Your Answer & Enter Week 1 Challenge" (if entering the Week 1 Promotion) or "Submit your Answer & Enter Week 3 Challenge (if entering the Week 3 Promotion) button in order to receive one (1) entry into the respective Giveaway's drawing.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event you have not located the correct missing word, you will be provided as many opportunities as needed to locate the correct missing word. Should you choose not to continue to attempt to locate the correct missing word, you will not receive an entry into the respective Giveaway's drawing via this entry method and may elect to obtain the entry via the AMOE described below. All Entrants who have typed the correct word in the field provided on the "Giveaway" tab as described above and clicked the "Submit Your Answer & Enter Week 1 Challenge" (and/or "Submit Your Answer & Enter the Week 3 Challenge") button, will receive one (1) entry into the respective Giveaway's drawing. An Entrant that aborts this entry process before it is complete will not receive an entry into the respective drawing.
Limit of one (1) entry per person per Giveaway for the Week 1 Promotion and Limit of one (1) entry per person per Giveaway for the Week 3 Promotion.
B.
