I have to go in for a Cardiac Stress Test on Wednesday and I don't mind admitting I am freaking out a little.
Or maybe a lot.
Hopefully this won't turn out to be any big deal but my anxiety levels because of this are at a crazy-high level and I'm not liking it one bit.
And now I have to figure out how to get through tomorrow without any caffeine.

I have a very irrational but very terrifying and real fear of doctors and medical procedures. The blissful ignorance of living in denial is so much easier.

You'll be okay, just make sure you wear your bunny running shoes
You'll just be
Seems like they take forever, with pics of the heart before you begin, then the
actual stress test on the tread mill, then waiting for your heart to relax so they
can take pics again of it in a relaxed mode once again.
Piece of cake

I had an ekg done last week and that takes what, maybe five minutes? When I was laying there with all the wires hooked up I felt like I was being buried alive. I told them it was taking all I had to keep from screaming and ripping off all the wires and running out of the building.
This is the first time I have had second thoughts about stopping my anxiety medication a couple of years ago.

Today, I go to the doctor to find out or try to figure out why I've lost 68 lbs since last April, yet all my tests so far have come back negative, I'm worried, but not stressing over it. Though would like an concrete answer as to why I'm so thin
