A fun little word that I've had to learn in the last week.
Guess who is going in for surgery number 13?
At least I think it's 13.. I kind of lost track along with body parts..but this time I get some shiny new parts added like metal cage and screws..
Anyone have experience with this? Do tell...

Went to see my primary Dr yesterday..since insurance company wants that after surgeries for some reason.. lol
And I had them recheck my thyroid levels since I think they might now be too high.
And of course someone came in with the flu... What do you guys think the chances are of me getting the flu now
I did get the vaccine back in Oct..but I know my system is very weak right now. *fingers crossed*
My sister insists on coming out here for a few days at the beginning of her spring break (she's a teacher)....
It will be nice to see her and have the company but I feel bad that she is spending that money to come out here and be bored... like really bored
Since I already used up half my vacation days and it's only March .. I will need to work at least half days for the 2 week days she will be in... but it's not like I can go do anything fun.
On the other hand.. our weather is still a lot nicer than MI is right now ..she loves the heat and sun..so I guess she can go for long walks. And I will get her up to Costco to help me snag a few more cases of Smart water that I cannot lift
Yeah I know.. I shouldn't add to the plastic bottle issues.. but it is recommended to use paper plates and stuff to avoid needing to stand at the sink doing dishes too much

Here they make people who are sick put a mask on before they even reach the check in desk, there's a dispenser for masks at the door. If you're coughing and/or sneezing and don't put on a mask they make you do so at check in.

I'm glad your Sis is coming out to see you! Don't worry about keeping her "entertained"
