A fun little word that I've had to learn in the last week.

Guess who is going in for surgery number 13? laugh out loud
At least I think it's 13.. I kind of lost track along with body parts..but this time I get some shiny new parts added like metal cage and screws.. Whee

Anyone have experience with this? Do tell...

haha a cute little mister.

As an update.. physical therapy is helping some.. I do feel better when I leave but I have a really hard time making it through a full day in the office still. even with getting up often to walk around a bit my hips is killing me after a few hours here. I try to stick it out but then head home to finish yup the day.
The few times I have toughed it out the full day is when I am here on a PT day because my PY office is close to work.. so I hate to go home and then back out this way.
I tend to be limping in to the PT office and in a lot of pain.. but the exercises seem to help.. that and icing for 15 minutes at the end.

Even at home I get really sore but later on.. like around 4 ish.. so then I stick it out til about 6 before I go lay down..sometimes for the night laugh out loud

I do see progress but my hip is the issue now. Not too many little tweaks or jolts in my back or anywhere else at this time.

Progress!! Hang in there, Schoobs. It might be slow, but it's getting better.

Oh I know and thanks.. I do see little bits of progress... just tired of not being able to make it through a day without a lot of pain by the afternoon...

I was supposed to hold off on my Aleve until 6 months is up (their PA told me if I really needed it I wasn't in the really bad 2 month zone at least)... I have started taking it in the mornings.. just so I can move. I can't keep sitting around watching netflix the whole time I am home lol I wanted back on the treadmill.

I did walk on it slowly this last weekend ..only for an hour and only 2.5MPH but hey.. better thana sharp stick in the eye. laugh out loud
