Stupid question...could it be a slipped disk or something? My dad has been having some issues and they did an MRI and found out his fifth vertebra was messed up.
No clue at this point. Everything had been pointing to muscular but physical therapy hasn't helped.

Ya know, my PT was always complaining about his neck hurting and I thought it strange considering his wife is the most ruthless pt I've ever witnessed. (I don't think she's even 4 1/2 feet tall or weighs 75 pounds.) But I used to wonder why he didn't get her to... oh, I don't know... slam him into a full body swing and hang him from the closet door. laugh out loud When I was at a desk all day, even though everything was ergo-dynamic, I'd still get neck pains. Somebody recommended filling a knee-length athletic sock with rice and tying off the end so none of the rice could get out and microwaving it to put on my neck. It really worked!

Cool! It's kinda like those pouches they sell, with rice or rice-like thingies in them. I used to have one.

At my old desk I never had any problems. These are supposed to be ergonomic desks, but they're not. They suck. Whoever designed them is an idiot. Mad

had no appetite today. forced myself to eat twice. i'm not looking forward to dinner.

Comfort can you take the meds at night so you can sleep off the side effects?

have you talk to the doc to see if there's an another kind with less side effects?

anyways, just be sure i'm not in charge of water balloons at the next SD bbq picnic. i'm a water balloon n00b Embarrassment . half of my water balloons got busted before it was time to use them. Mad
