Hey, guys. A while back, someone posted about a New 3DS deal from a new store called VIP Outlet, and there's been a few other topics related to the site that have posters with a decent amount of feedback/posts saying they had no trouble using them.

Anyway, I saw that the New 3DS listed above went back up on their site a few days ago and decided to take a chance on it (using a temporary virtual card number, of course), but my order was literally cancelled within a few seconds of placing it. I didn't think it was a big deal at the time, especially since the 3DS listing in question completely disappeared from their site after I tried ordering it, but I was checking my credit card account this morning and noticed that they still charged me for it. I don't doubt that I'll have no trouble getting it overturned, but it's still a minor hassle and obviously doesn't speak well for the trustworthiness of their site.

If anyone else notices a good-looking deal from them posted on here, be wary (if the fact that it's a new site didn't set off any warning bells already!). Here are screenshots of my cancellation email (note the date) and the charge that showed up on my credit card a few days later, if anyone would like proof of what I'm claiming:

The sell on their private site as well as ebay. Not sure if any other sites have their listings. If it sells on ebay, it takes a little time to update on their private site. I know this because I just bought an item from them off ebay not realizing they actually have a private site. I could have saved $8 on their site. Paid $58 on Ebay. I was then enticed by their site which had it selling for $49 so I began the checkout process and before I even got to the credit card screen the checkout process was interrupted and the item showed out of stock. Nature of the beast. The site is quite good for deals because they are customer returns that have been repackaged as new in new condition etc. But if you are like me, you might want to bicker if another person got the good deal before you could complete the checkout process but in my case, I was the other guy (LOL) which would have been great had I not opted for paying $8 more for it. I can't complain though. This item sells for alot more than what I paid on any other worthy site. And I don't like having to create another new account with another site which always requires my payment info too. Alot of benefits to being able to minimize how many places we enter our personal data and payment info. Not that ebay and paypal are my favorite entities but since alot of online sites sell on ebay amazon walmart & other sites as well as their private sites, and most times keeping the same price or close to it, I would rather use one of the accounts I already have an account with. I keep alot of my buying under one roof for the most part. Choosing my battles becomes much simpler. I wouldn't know what to do if I did not have a reason to bicker to ebay or paypal. They make it so easy. But you gotta love their buyer protection policies. Always!

I ordered from them through eBay. Got a series 2 watch version 2. got a good price, shipped via priority mail. Got it quickly. was immaculate. with box and all accessories. even the power cable had not been used or opened. so, thus far I am happy. its still under warranty. I guess it depends on the item. But through eBay you have a lot of support from eBay if something goes wrong.

I just ordered a series 2 Apple Watch as well. After reading this review I look forward to mine arriving the same way yours did.

I can say now after having a somewhat negative experience that VIP Outlet was able to make my recent Xbox One purchase much better. I had ordered a bundle that was to have come with 3 games. None were there when it arrived. They were a bit slow to respond to email, so I decided to give them a call at the number they posted in here a few times. They were not able to get me the games as they were now gone, so they issued me a partial refund so I could purchase them elsewhere. Bottom line, at least give them a try. If you have a negative experience with your purchase at least give them a change to make it right. They did for me.

I just bought a seller refurbished 60 inch vizio tv from VIPOUTLET on their eBay Store. The TV was listed in Grade A Like New condition and it arrived broken, (not damaged in the mail either.) I've requested to replace this item but they raised the price on their listing and changed the location that they're shipping from immediately after I purchased the item. They sent me a reply stating that I can return the item for a refund. I asked if I could drive to their new location on the listing and simply exchange the TV or have it fixed. No reply as of yet but I'll let you know how this ends.

Just bought an Ipad Pro and an AppleCare Protection Plan (warranty) with it. I figured even if there was an issue I would have the warranty to fall back on. I received the item but was unable to activate the warranty for some reason. I called Apple who told me the Protection Plan they sold me was invalid and hadn't been used by Apple for over two years. I've emailed VIPOutlet and awaiting their response.

Update - They've issued an RMA for the applecare plan so hopefully will refund me promptly once they receive it. Still don't understand why they're selling a product that hasn't been usable for two years. Other buyers should beware.

ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE - VIP Outlet via eBay

I bought a PS4 refurbished with eBay guarantee and 90 day warranty through VIP Outlet. First time I boot the system up it locks up on me and becomes unresponsive, the console is very hot. I fully reset it with the latest PS4 update from Sony's website to make sure it's not software related. It locks up about 10 times after that. Poor refurbish job is highly likely.

I have requested a return through eBay and VIP Outlet continually gives me a runaround about how they can't find my information in their system. What? Ebay sends you a return request directly linked to my purchase and you can't find it? I called eBay who has assured me that they will push the return through but I have to give these guys a week to run me around and try to deny my return.

Simply. DO NOT BUY FROM VIP OUTLET.

I got the same tv from VIP outlet. I want to say that everything was perfect but, sometimes something happens. Don't want to get into too many specifics, because I'm not sure who's fault it is, but I contacted them. It is hard to get ahold of help, but eventually they made an effort and I'm more than happy that I bought it with them.

Just bought a PS VR at $260 they said it will come with all components needed to start it up. This is just the core system so we'll see. They gave me a pretty far out delivery time of 29th to the 6th. of September. everything was stated as originally shown. they responded to me already for verification but it seemed to be more of a canned response than anything but I'll repost when I get product.

I purchased 3 Net 10 air time cards from VIPOUTLET on ebay. VIPOUTLET showed the photo in their card and described the Net 10 airtime card as 3gb of high speed data. When the cards arrived in the mail one card said 500 mb and the other two cards said 1.5 gb. I Emailed VIPOUTLET through eBay messages to let them know the cards were not as described! I asked VIPOUTLET to give me a 5.00 refund for each of the three airtime cards and for a total of a 15.00 refund and i i told them i would be satisfied with that! I opened a dispute with eBay immediately after that. VIP OUTLET offered to give me a 15.00 refund so i accepted the refund and that closed the dispute case on ebay! About 1 hour after that i called net 10 to add the three pin numbers on the backs of the cards and net 10 told me that all three pin numbers were invalid because the airtime cards were not scanned at the register where they were purchased! I emailed and called, and called,VIPOUTLET and i was not getting anywhere just voice mail and leaving messages but to return calls from VIPOUTLET. I called eBay customer support and explained the problem but eBay said since i accepted the partial refund there was nothing eBay could do! So much for ebays money back guarantee! VIP OUTLET had 30 day free return policy. Explained to eBay that i did not know the thee pin numbers were invalid at the time i accepted the 15.00 refund but that was for a separate issue! No help whatsoever from ebay! So, i disputed the charge with credit card company and they told me it could be up to 60 days to get back to me for this dispute! So, had three net 10 airtime cards laying on my computer desk that were worthless! I called VIPOUTLET one more time and instead of trying to talk to customer support i talked to the accounting dept. and the guy on the phone was not very friendly and put me on hold and said he was looking in to it! Waited 15 minutes on hold and my email alert said refund from VIPOUTLET! The man in accounting left me hanging on hold and never got back with me while i was holding like a dummy so i hung up! Finally got a full refund after all that! Worst experience on ebay ever for me! I hope anyone out there will seriously consider not dealing with VIPOUTLET! You can look at their negative feedback on eBay and not just a few and look at all of their negative feedback! Lesson learned! #1. Do not buy anything from VIPOUTLET! #2. Make sure airtime pin numbers on the back of the cards are valid with net 10 or any phone card before you open a dispute on eBay and if pins are not valid open a dispute case on eBay and do not close the case until you are totally satisfied and accept any offers from the seller!

Follow up
So I received the product easier then I expected they said initially September 6th and got it August 26th came in original packaging and work manual and they said it wouldn't. I didn't feel like it was really used because the cellophane is still on the demo disc. enclosed are pictures for proof. including one with me looking unhappy but I'm doing that because it's so irregular you'll know it's real.
Also if you want more reply or don't. it's up and running and in good condition. maybe I got lucky but I'll take luck for a discount any day.
