ok.. so the idea of a thread devoted to the epl was mentioned in the euro 2008 thread, and here it is!

use this as your place to:

the euro 2008 thread was really successful (thanks, killadrilla!), so let's please keep the flaming to a minimum. i'll be copying a few links from the euro wiki as well as adding some info for a slickdeals fantasy league..

but this season i decided to put my faith into the team i love, spurs, and it's turned out to be a horrible mistake.

broken eggs with berbatov and keane for matchday 2.. berba received quite the gift for his first, but his second strike sure was a beaut. cannot believe barca beat shakhtar with messi scoring two goals after the 85th!

haha, thanks! I'm actually a big Spurs fan, but the way things have been going, i knew which team would win Frown I've been betting on Spurs since the beginning of the season, but have now decided to bet against them until I see some major improvements...

match was really awesome. it's being aired on comcast and fox sports midwest later this week for those who might've missed it. pure class, but haven't seen anything on skrtel yet. that man's tough as nails, so when i saw him writhing, it can't have been pleasant..

haha i like what the commentator said about skrtel at one point... something along the lines of "well that's one man you wouldn't want to meet on the street" or something, suggesting he's a thug laugh out loud he sure does look it!
