I miss Rainforest Crunch Ice Cream from Ben & Jerry's
There was something else in the last year or so I was looking for and was told it was discontinued, now I can't recall what it was.
I really like a lot of limited edition things... then I feel jerked around when they stop making them. Mostly japanese kit kats, hershey kisses, and limited edition pumpkin, gingerbread, and egg nog flavored things.

And yes, the Jello Pudding Pops of today are nothing like how they used to be - more solid, flatter shape, with that lovely thin layer of ice. The new ones seem to melt too easily too. I really want the old ones back.
I also truly miss Smurfberry Crunch Cereal.
I think these are still made, but I cannot find them in my area!
- Tato Skins chips
- Pizzarias chips
- Charms Sweet & Sour Pops (bought a box of these online once - need to do that again!)
And maybe someone out there can help me remember. Back around 1995 or so, there were a type of Doritos that I think were all white corn (lighter, thinner, maybe?), and had a distinctive salsa flavor. I used to eat them by huge bagfuls, but soon they were all gone. Cannot remember what they were called!
In the year 2000 the recipe was changed to using SKIM MILK/MILKFAT and they taste horrid now!! (They had been using reg milk for years and were MUCH BETTER!!)

And I used to love these...then I walked into the corner store and they tried to charge me $0.35...FOR A QUARTER WATER??

The Simpsons did a great episode about the elusive McRib sandwich. S14E12 - I'm Spelling as Fast as I Can [wikipedia.org] revolved around the Krusty Ribwich, a mystery meat Krusty Burger sandwich the masses became addicted to, which was soon discontinued because the animal it was made became extinct.
I think the McRib is one of those weird regional things. I know in some markets it's permanent. Back when they were still around up here in Minnesota, I remember noting that they sold the exact same compressed meat rib patties at the grocery store in the frozen section. They even gave them to us for our school lunch sometimes. (back when a 50-percent-fat-based school lunch wasn't considered a war crime.)
If you want a real interesting spin around the world of McDonald's menu items, try going to Mcdonalds.com and selecting a different country, like Japan or Sweden, from the drop-down box.
