Thanks again for all the info and Entertainment code to aid in my Chicago/South Dakota trip. It came in very handy. On the way back from the the trip. I did think of another resource for planning the trip. The South Dakota website. I just looked and there's a wealth of info there.
Turns out there was plenty to see in the Black Hills. Some stuff was closed (caves) due to the season. The people out there were very friendly and were very happy to talk and recommend stuff. Sometimes not a good thing, like taking a recommended different route into the Badlands. That route added a lot of extra time to trip. If I had taken the normal guide route. I probable would of had made it back to Chicago, early enough, to go to the aquarium.
Now, I must hunt down my A/V cord for my Panasonic MiniDV video camera.

I hope all is well with everyone. My banks are still here when I got back. So, I guess that's a good thing. For now at least. Things didn't self destruct to much while I was gone.
A vacation tip. Check out your cell phone carriers website for their network coverage. There were two cell phones on vacation as I traveled. Neither worked in much of Minnesota and South Dakota. One of the phones did work on an extended network in some areas, but for calls only.
it sounds like you got to do alot on your trip though...
