its an action camera, why the hell would you need it in low light? Get something like a sony a7s if you care about low light conditions

last gen image quality, not impressive at all, in particular in low light conditions.
Action cam doesn't mean you will only use in bright day light.

Amen. I was about to pull the trigger on the ebay refurbished with the 20% discount but it sold out so quick. I started researching and glad I did not buy. Now will wait out for a deal on the Hero 5.

You really think there's a camera out there for this price?
I agree it's old tech by but the gopro 5 isnt that much of a significant difference.
I'm not sure where you're going with "last gen image quality" when they both use the same sensor
This is a great price if you don't want to spend more on a gopro 5.
But I mostly use it for mountain biking and among the other things, the image stabilization, even though not optical is what made me decide.
