Doesn't look like Chrome is on the current App Store, but there will be a free upgrade option to full Windows 10 from Windows 10s, so any 'normal' Windows apps will run fine if you choose to go that route.

its hard to justify the price when you can get a surface book for similar price (once you get past the base model). plus no usb-c really kills it for me. maybe if I could get an 256gb ssd/8gb ram for $999 I would bite.

Wow that 10S thing is the worst thing I've ever seen. It can't even run regular programs?? Chromebooks are popular because they're like $100 but this is like 1000 bucks.

I'm pretty floored by these prices, even with $50 GC and EDU discount. A 4GB/128GB machine in 2017?! Even Apple, the very late bloomer in realizing that 8GB is the new 4GB, has 8GB as the minimum on their 13" Air and Pro lines.

It's a super nice machine, but not for those specs at that price.
