For those who want to get an estimate of taxes and fees for their own states (just note that USF fee is now ~17% not 6.6% and admin fee of $1.99/line is not included)
http://www.actwireless
KEY here is that Sprint will calculate taxes/fees based on their "prediscount" price, roughly $60 for first line, $40 for second, and probably $10-20(??) per additional.
In NY, for example, if the effective tax and fee rate, including USF+other taxes, is 25%, the price for 1 "free" sprint line would be $15 after taxes and fees. For 2 "free" lines, $25, and so on and so forth. So this is very YMMV, depending on what state you're in. If you're in a high tax/fee state and got in on the early Tmo One deals, you may want to stay on your current post-paid plan (with Taxes included) and avoid the hassle.
I think this has been debunked.
Now a lot of people are signing up for this promotion is going to make it even worse.
Any other troubleshooting tips?

please suggest. agents told earlier for new account that its soft pull but it is really hard pull so thought to get confirmation here first before adding second line..
Should add that to the wiki

Sim cards are married to the phone with sprint. When the imei is released the sim is released along with it. No sim swapping. Yes you do need a sprint sim go to best buy. sim is a 436 i believe. See link above. correction: Sprint Part #SIMGLW446C
In other words, if you are getting no LTE, no incoming call, voicemail not working, etc., after doing factory reset, carrier reset, profile update, and any other reset/erase/update there is on a compatible device that supports Sprint network (3G, LTE, LTE Plus), it's most likely the number porting has not 100% completed. The SIM card could be faulty too (this happens less often) or user's error (this happens all the time).
