Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

This unfortunately has not been a good experience for me. For some reason, Sprint is showing my phone as lost/stolen in their database, and no one can fix it. I bought my iPhone 6s brand new and unlocked from Apple almost 2 years ago. I use it with Tmobile right now with no problems until I've tried to switch...
What are the model number and part number as printed on box?
Quote from cardboardbox :
I had a problem with a phone showing as active on someone's sprint account on Wednesday, called Sprint and they didnt seem to be able to help but the last person said she would look into it further. I didnt believe her, especially when she didnt call me back like she said she would. But by late Thursday night the problem had been resolved, not sure who fixed it or if it happened on its own.
Told you so... If they said they would fix it.. they probably would. Just give them the chance and time to do it. They are probably swamped and overworked with the same questions people ask over and over again. They are humans too.
Quote from hdlz :
My friend tried to open an account, and it shows her SSN is tied to another sprint acct already, and Sprint refused to contact or investigate the other person. Sprint is a mess
Contact Marci or Elisa. Both are very nice ladies.

Me too but that was two weeks ago. Maybe they got the kinks worked out by now
I doubt it. The website has been glitchy since they updated it earlier this year.
Quote from CORTEZACE :
Don't see this on the Wiki, but if I bring my samsung s8 unlocked so I need a special SIM card? I thought I saw that somewhere. Has anyone done it with the regular 3 and 1 simkit from the website?
The Sprint universal SIM (SIMOLW506C) works just fine. If your S8 unlocked is carrier branded, flash the firmware to XAA/XAA/SPR or XAA/SPR/SPR. You can mix and match firmware files.

I just noticed that the SIM card I gave you is different than
Svsfan. I listed SIMOLW416Q while he listed SIMGLW416Q
I believe the G cards are made by Gemalto and O cards are made by Oberthur.
The Oberthur cards I believe are packaged sims. If you can find either ending LW416Q they should work.
Ting shows the SIMGLW416Q as compatible and the SIMOLW416Q is available at sprint.
Not sure what Best Buy has.

That sounds like I was probably correct when I initially theorized a Sprint database error.
Just so you know- you are not the first person this has happened to.
I am glad that worked out for you.

Do you know the what the actual differences are between each manufacturer. It seems O version is marketed as byod sims while the G seems like standalone sims. Didn't really find much on G&D although it looks like are into multi carriers cards like project fi.

Just FYI, I am having the Moto G4 issue listed at the end of the thread description. The instructions given did not help. Ported out of Straight Talk.

iPhone SE even better deal now $75 Best Buy gift card and upgrades are same low price.

16 Gb is almost free $60 plus tax on $400, plus $30 activation - $75 gc. So $15 plus tax.

64 Gb is $120 plus tax on $450, plus $30 activation - $75 gc. So $75 plus tax.

Of course we can try to get $30 activation waived from sprint makes it even better.
