Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

All I can tell you is that most, if not all, of the cellular companies expect booster/microcell boxes back unless you purchased them. Just like the cable companies want their free converter boxes back. I believe it is in their Terms of Service on their web site. They will send it to collection or sue if you do not return them. And they will not waive their policies based on incorrect or omitted statements by their staff. So as a practical matter you have little choice unless you want to fight them in Court.
Makes sense. I'm just saying the tech should have informed me it was just on loan to me. I specifically asked if it cost anything and he said no. I'm pretty sure I asked if I needed to return it and he said no. That's the part that makes the least sense to me. Maybe he misunderstood the question. But I am positive that I was never told that if I didn't return it I would be charged.

Hi,

I was unable to sign up the free plan a few months ago, due to their stupid credit check system. Could anyone let me know the expiration date of the free plan if i try my luck and sign up now? I saw WIKI says 09/30/2018, is it right? Thanks a lot for any input.

It depends on whether the problem was the identity quiz or something else.
If it was the identity quiz (i.e they denied after you gave answers to questions about past places you lived, cars you owned etc. ) those questions and answers are obtained from Equifax and it would pay to contact Equifax and get their database cleaned up of errors about you before applying to Sprint again. Otherwise you are likely to get the same result again, from both Sprint and other companies and agencies that use that Equifax service (which include the US Post Office as I found out when the Post Office denied me)...

thanks for the tip. My issue was that they asked me the age of my former neighbor who lived downstairs on the first floor while we are living on the second floor, you know that it's not possible to ask a lady's age as a neighbor, so I have no choice but guess from their choice of selection, in the end made a wrong choice.

Yes the whole identity quiz thing really is a scandal.
I am going to try to get my Equifax database history cleaned up but it may be easier to just try again I admit.

I am contemplating starting it at a store next time to ONLY open an empty account but you have to be sure to stop short of signing up for the plan there or they may put you on a paid plan.

If you still get turned down just over an identity mixup we can mention a person to whom you can sort of appeal:
Marci Carris SVP Customer Management 6200 Sprint Parkway Overland Park, Kan. 66251 (913) 323-3931. [email protected]

But first you could retry the regular way if you want.

Essential phone Sprint users. New OTA update NMK24B. All current security patches and LTE fix for those with the band 41 issue.
I knew they would come through. Works great!
