Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

You have to call the 8777 number and port in a number to add a line.
You cannot do it online.

Hi,
I just signed up two lines over the phone, it took about 1 hour and another hour to have the phones ( I phone 5S ) provisioned, thought it should be done automatically, but not. During the setup process, the rep made me add device protection plan, which I didn't intend to, but he said that I could cancel at any time. According to him, without this plan, I won't be able to switch phones if the device broken. Is this true? I would like to update to newer phones in the near future, so can I do that without this protection plan?

Also I am looking to buy a I phone 7 plus from Bestbuy Sprint promotion ($250 BB gc) Can I add a line there ( I know it 's a paid plan ) I intend to cancel the plan within 3 days by porting out to H2o, Can I do that at BB without touching my current free plan? If so, can I switch my current old 5S on the free plan with the new phone ?

Thanks so much for any input.

What he said re Device Protection is false.

But no matter, that's normal for Sales, just cancel the Device Protection NOW using Billing Chat (NOT Telesales).

The rest I will leave to others.

Thanks a lot , will cancel by chatting with the billing. I couldn't find how to cancel it on my account. The rep also mentioned that I can have a android tablet for free, but it sounds like there's a catch, so I refused the offer.

BTW, if I want to add another free line, what kind of phone will be a better choice to buy, all my current phones ineligible. Thanks again.

looks like E4 is the cheap choice for this plan, but I saw so many listings for this phone on Ebay, could anyone let me know which E4 I should choose? Thank you so much.

So those unlocked Moto e4 or e4plus on Amazon saying compatible with Sprint and other carriers will work on this free plan? Appreciate any help.

I recently got a moto g4 play for $80 from bh photo. You might have to watch and time a sale to get that price.
