Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Currently having similar bad experience with digital sim porting to Tmo and would appreciate some inputs. Online port didn't work, so called them and had it done through rep today morning. But now no idea about the account number in Tmo pay as you go since they are asking for validation text sent to number before giving me the account number. Can't get it since its digital sim. Anyone know if I can still go to store and transfer to a new sim and get an account number?
Other than comintel's suggestion, some have reported getting that info at a tmobile store.

The ignorant rep (luck of the draw) was wrong (obsolete info). The expiry date for all activations is now already 4/30/20 and has been for a few weeks.

It will be no different on 4/1 but you can signup then if you prefer (very probably)..
Thank you, just finished the porting and activation.

It will work. Check your message. Sorry for the late reply and good luck.
Thanks! Followed your instructions and activated two AT&T Samsung Galaxy S10. Woot! Woot!
How did you generate those t-mobile sim numbers? Can I reuse them and do they expire?
I need another one for my sister if they can't be reused. Thanks hug

My free plan has 2 lines and it ends on April 30.

Today, I ported out wife's number to t-mobile successfully. She is going to sign up a new BYOD account by using her SSN next week,

However, I still see her phone number in my Sprint account after her number was ported out today.

I checked her phone's imei in this link:
https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/br...print.html

and it showed "Sprint service already activated"

Do I need to contact Sprint to remove or deactivate her phone number in my account?

Thanks!

I have exactly the same problem. I contacted successfully ported out to T.mobile and when I called back to the Sprint, the CS said its my phone in the account is eligible but my wife's phone is not eligible because it is still active with sprint.

I am activating the second line with my wife.

Please help. Thanks.

I have 4 lines and two are eligible but other two are not.

It should auto remove in the next billing cycle. You may want to request/confirm that the IMEI be cleared out because you may have issues porting back over while it's still in there system. Why not go ahead and take care of both lines and close the sprint and have her start a new account immediately after both ports were successful. The close of the account will release the IMEI

The IMEI should have been released instantly by the port-out of the number.

It is a process failure and I would ask them to release the IMEI manually.

They will probably auto-detect and fix it on their own but it is best not to assume this will happen without a formal request.

Evidently there must been a process failure..

If it does not resolve itself I would insist they release the IMEIs manually.

Most likely they had a system problem but sometimes they do not automatically fix the accounts affected automatically when they fix the bug so I would ensure your case is pursued individually.

Just chatted w/ Sprint online. They said the porting out process will be fully completed in 24 hours. My wife number and imei will be released from my account as well.

I signed up around this time of year last year, however it still says saving until 5/31/19 on the plan detail. Do I get another 2 months for free or my next bill would become normal pricing?
