Trying to figure out if the TD are haters or just downvoting to hide the deal, so they can buy them all.

I favor your latter speculation. I had a hard time at the store as the Walmart employee in the wireless section was playing dumb as he was aware it was a GREAT deal!

The e4 is locked to Verizon with varying degrees of success reported at unlocking with a code and using on other networks. The camera is 8MP/ 5MP so is identical.
