This is an Arlo Pro camera kit, includes 3x Arlo Pro cameras and one base station. ( Arlo Pro = 2nd gen, Arlo Pro 2 = 3rd gen, Arlo = 1st gen )
It is a cloud camera - thus requires internet connectivity and access to the netgear Arlo cloud servers.
The cameras are wirefree, that is wifi + battery powered. ( you can add a solar panel to help keep the batteries charged up )
The Arlo cameras are fairly easy to setup, you will want to place the base station close to the cameras to maximize wifi signals between the cameras and base station.
The ID distance for the Arlo Pro:
Arlo Pro / Arlo Go / Netgear Flexpower HD camera 720p at 130 degress: 5.644 feet { 36.12 sq feet covered }
( thus remember to place the cameras no higher than 8 feet high and within 5.6 feet of subject/suspects if you want a good chance at an ID image )
Wirefree consumer camera products are less reliable compared to a wired security camera.
Cloud cameras are less reliable compared to non-cloud ( on-prem storage ) cameras.
Thus, if you need a reliable security camera setup AND you can install a wired camera kit I would recommend looking for a wired IP PoE security camera kit.
ID distance list as well as my assessment of the Arlo and other wirefree "security" camera kits here:

UPDATE:
Key functional aspects of Arlo wirefree "security" cameras
1) low energy state: watch for motion events ; listen to network for commands ( wake up, configure, shutdown, smarthome, .. ) <--- this is the state a wirefree camera will be in 99.9% of the time
2) video capture: if a motion event is detected, the camera will turn on and capture a video "snapshot" / segment ( iirc configured by the owner from 10-120 seconds long )
3) video sent to cloud service: video will be sent from the camera to the base station to the Arlo Cloud service. ( option to have storage attached to Arlo Pro base station )
This is an Arlo Pro
What exactly does that mean? I'm in the market for a wireless setup and this seems promising.

Ha, grabbing that spot for the first post I see. Thanks for the info!
A few problems of my Arlo are
1. Slow response (awake) time
2. No sound and teobway audio
3. Have to replace battery and it costs additional money.
I think Arlo pro may solve all these problems and may buy this. Thanks
Where can I trade in Arlo 1?
lately they have been more trouble than then are worth. Have to charge the battery every 2 weeks, when someone drops off a package it usually doesn't start recording till they leave (this is at 90% sensitivity) and higher and I get videos of leafs blowing.

Starts 4/19..
If you're OK with paying the monthly fee then I would go with the Nest Outdoor Cam. We've had the Dropcam for a while but only purchased the monthly subscription when we were going to be out of town to keep an eye on the pet and pet sitter (we only had that one camera). I now have the Arlo Pros inside and outside and I'm fairly happy with them for what they are and with their limitations.
