Never done NAS configuration but possible to swap this out on PC ? Have a 1 TB HD and want to upgrade it

You can put this on a PC, the "NAS" versions of drives usually just have extra rubber and resiliency to vibrations (needed when you have 10 drives shoved together in a rack roaring at 7200 RPM

The 4tb drives are quite poor according to Backblaze. However, the 6tb drives are among the best.
