I'd recommend the Fuji XT20 or the A6500 over this. I got the XT20 new with 2 lens for $600 and that's a much better package than this
That's a sweet deal for the XT20. For anyone considering the A6000 I highly encourage you to go to a real camera shop to handle it with the 55-120 or larger as I found it to not balance well at all. The ergonomics of these Sony's just don't feel good in the hands (subjective yes) and the Sony menu is not intuitive..as in a confusing mess. Buyers in this category are almost all JPEG shooters and this is where the Fuji images really look outstanding. When you visit the camera store, take a sd card and shoot images from both and you will see what looks best to your eyes. For me, the Fuji jpegs are gorgeous. Compare changing the settings and this is where the Fuji makes it much easier with dials vs menu diving in Sony's messy layout.

The only deal I found on a 6500 was open box ones from Best Buy. Check your local stores and you can negotiate prices with the manager on open box items. I got the 6500 body for around $560

Not until there is a 6700
Ibis is worth it if you plan to shoot with 50mm or more in low light situations

It looks like it's the same price at BB now, but with a bag and 32gb SD card instead of the tripod. No camping necessary.
