Found this on the clearance shelf of my local Home Depot. They had two left, which I purchased. Tried to look it up on their store all but it said item not found.
Ryobi model P784K. It's an emergency light for when the power goes out. Not a bad thing to have on hand if you experience black- or brownouts. Very YMMV, as only a couple stores in my area show limited stock.

This actually comes with a (small) battery, too. I think I'm going to put one of my older 4ah in mine, though.
Same here, found it on clearance rack, rang up $60 @ register
FWIW - BrinkSeek did list the price as "Clearance" as opposed to $20.
