Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Followed the Community Wiki, in step 2, "Activate your SIM cards at this link [sprint.com] using your confirmation number and zip". I input the confirmation number and zip but received "There are no pending orders in our system for this confirmation number and ZIP code."

Spent 2 hours on chat, phone calls, and was transferred to different people but still not fixed.

Anybody had similar experience?
Several people on this thread. I don't recall how they solved, but search thread for solutions to this known problem.

I also got this error, so I suggest call to Porting department, they just need your phone number to search the order and complete the porting

Did you call the number listed in Community Wiki?

"To finish porting, call: Call: 866-437-1818 or 877-503-3269"

I think i called 866-437-1818, and yes, they have long waiting period, but no other option

edited: Porting department will ask you sprint account pin, and pin you might have got on final order confirmation page.

and be ready with your porting account number and pin for completing the port.

I got a text on all of my phones that says,
"We are unable to deliver your most recent ebill notification. Please go to sprint.com/eBill and make sure your information is up to date."
Anyone know what that's all about?
The only thing that I can think of is that I might have given Sprint my Voice over IP number and if they try to send anything besides plain text, the message wont be accepted. But, I don't think that any notice is sent to the sender.

Thank you.

Just called. And was told since I placed the order this morning, the system was not updated yet. They wanted me to call back tomorrow.

BTW, I am trying to use my old Sprint SIM cards.

I got a Pixel 3XL but did not get a sim with that. When i tried to use esim method, it did not work. Called CS and they said i need to buy a new sim. Is that the only way? If yes, can someone please advise what is the quickest way to get a Sprint sim please.
For whatever reason these phones are due to port 2-3 weeks from now. You MUST call the porting dept. They ask for phone number and account pin. Then wait 5 minutes. Be sure you are connected to wi-fi. Go to settings>network>advanced maybe(cant recall) choose sprint and download esim. Enjoy your new pixel. Request unlock in 50 days. Go to settings>system>advanced to update to android 10. Will require about 4 updates to get to current March 5 security patch level.

Note: YOU DO NOT NEED A SIM CARD.

For folks looking to buy cheap phones see Auction # 223960069997 and 223960073934 on eBay for iPhone SE for $48.

I got a bunch of them and they came in very good condition. I am going to request sprint to unlock after 50 days and resell after I get the $300 rebate. The resale value should hold since they would be unlocked by then.

In my case the seller was kind enough to send e imei's in advance by email.
Better run those IMEI's through the ting checker.

Yes you'll still get the $300 rebate/s, but you will not be able to take advantage of cashback aspect, which requires online linkouts.
On the phone some of the reps are offering $50 or $100 credit on the first bill. Do try to request it.
