I picked these up last time, but I think there going back. I was excited, but just can't get them to function like I want. they're great for a room you don't go into often and don't stay in long, but for say a living room it's not sensitive enough.
It can be done with Smartthings, but it's one or the other. I have an hue outdoor sensor connected to my ST hub to control my Sylvania par38 bulbs via a device handler.
Great for entryways, you can also configure them to illuminate a different "scene" like 20% brightness in my case, based on the time, at 11pm. Pretty nifty if you have a proper use case.

This should be their normal price.

so does this pair directly with the ST hub via zigbee/z-wave or does it relay through hue?
Directly to ST as a generic motion sensor. If you have hue setup with ST you may also control hue lights. I don't since I would get duplicated devices on my Google Home

No, they can only trigger Hue lights and I believe the Hue Smart Plugs, as well.
I use mine to activate stair lights but only under 30 lux or less so it only runs at night and cloudy days
