anyone know where you can get a cheap pump for these gallon containers ?
No, but one cheap idea would be to get a $1 bottle of hand soap with a pump if you don't already have something equivalent. You can use the soap in some other container. You can also restrict the amount per pump if needed with a rubber band around the stem.
Just a bit cheaper than the 4x 32 oz from Amazon. However, it is eligible to Prime shipping and you may get additional discount when using rewards at Amazon.

I get 4% from Costco and no shipping damage. Amazon gets me 5%, but a gamble for damage if you read the Amazon thread. My Discover offer (only one I am currently qualified for so YMMV) currently is $10 off $80 but I mean only the 5% for using Amazon Visa.
Did manage to find this yesterday at a bay area costco. Pretty good deal, but haven't opened it yet. I've been noticing that some of the hand sanitizers leave a weird feel to your hand and when your hand gets wet, say drinking from a cold glass, it becomes slimy almost. Just waiting for confirmation if this one does that as well.

It will be slimy if you get it wet shortly after the application because of the moisturizers (vitamin E) in the product.
Which Costco? My wife is going out tomorrow in the Bay Area too.

Yes. All gel-based ones like this will leave a moisturizing coating that you can feel and it will get slimy like you said if you get your hands wet shortly after application. Normal and no big deal. I prefer gel over the liquid-spray style, which also would do the same, just to a lesser degree.
There's a lot of sanitizer everywhere now. Only wipes are in short supply
This. My Costco has three different brands sanitizer right now (not GermX) and it moves, but isn't selling out. Hell, I was in Dollar Tree last week they had a full shelf of sanitizer.

Probably regional deal (as indicated by the YMMV), we usually have no problem finding Germ X at Target B&M but smaller size than 1 gallon.

Not in Hawaii...
