No matter what I'm buying... Laptops, furniture, clothes, steam games, nintendo games... There's always a "big sale" and I'm always "oh I already got this as part of a buy 3 get 1 deal from an obscure third party site on a 1-day sale in the middle of June using my bonus credit cards, store card, coupon from ebay, stacking discount codes, and cash back site for -$2.50.
For normal human beings, prime day is a good time to buy stuff.
I have never seen it for $80 directly from amazon. Their sale price they have many times throughout the year is 99.99 or 119.99.
If the 20% Trade-In offer applies to this, that makes the deal even sweeter.

My 6 year old broke my iPad got a new one then my younger one cracked my other.
Now they will have their own and love the 2 year guarantee.
FYI-it is a slow compared to iPad but still worth it for the price.
Although some would disagree. I have used both and the screen was far from HD
