People used it to buy other accessories. I know couple weeks ago, people used it for the book cover for their tablets.
I can't get it to work on any mobile accessories...

I bought 4 of these phones on 4 different accounts in Dec.
All phones arrived (2 trade-in's were accepted) (2 more are in pnrocess).
Never activated any of these phones on any of these lines. I sold one, pulled the sim card out... never booted up the phone with that card in it... (nor did I use that sim on any other phone).
Now I want to upgrade to the S21 ultra on my account, but it keeps saying "pending order" on all 4 lines I want to upgrade and won't let me. The rep I'm talking to doesn't know how to resolve this. She is calling tech... I told her it is probably the sim card is expecting to auto-activate the new device on the number and since I have never powered on the phones that is probably what is holding things up...
Any ideas? Anyone dealt with this?
