Line added on Magenta Plus. Putting me at 6 lines for $112/month w/ Insider Hookup.

I called to do this (611) and asked all the questions:
- Free Line on US promo - eligible and added (promo already reflected on my account)
- Free phones - not eligible
- $100 Port-in Rebate - Expired on Dec 17th.
- I didn't try costco, because I don't have anymore phones. Still waiting on my $200 + $100 from last time.

Tmobile just told me you can't do this and have a second line attached to the same device. You can either use physical sim or esim but not both. How could this be?
I have been using 2 lines ( 1 physical and 1 esim) on same iPhone for quite sometime. Maybe the rep doesn't know

I see you updated post and WiKi that Costco BYOD not stackable. Does that mean, if you add line at a Costco, that won't come as a free?

Why are people asking for screenshots? It's unnecessary. If it is a valid offer for your SOC, it will show up in the user's account as "2020 line on us 4."

Add the line. Then give it time to process. Then finally check your account to see if the promo is activated. Simple as that.

Can you attach screenshot of it how it looks?

From what people are saying that if you added recent lines from Costco for $200 per line rebate, you can add the line for free but plan to keep the other lines as well for 12 months

Not true. I have an iPhone using a T-Mobile line for both ESIM and physical SIM card slot.

Yes!! I switched from Verizon and T-Mobile keeps giving. Verizon, still hands-down the best service. But T-Mobile is getting better. Getting service where I couldn't get it with them 5 years ago (when I had T-Mobile)

I guess this is the point in the thread where people stop reading and simply post the same 5 questions repeatedly for another 20 pages.
