What Do I Need To Do To Get This Offer?
  • This is a targeted offer from T-Mobile and is only open to select existing customers that meet the following requirement:
    • You must have a qualifying T-Mobile postpaid plan with 2 or more lines that falls under one of the following SOC Codes shown in this image (see instructions below on how to find your SOC code).
      • SOC (Service Order Code): The technical term used to describe plans and services that are added to customers' accounts within T-Mobile's billing systems.
    • If you are certain you qualify, login to your account below and:
    • Alternatively, you may call T-Mobile and a representative can assist you with adding your 3rd line.
      • If calling, promotion name is "2020 Line On Us 4".
Instructions to find your SOC code (thanks to Reddit user massiveprodigy):
  1. Using the Google Chrome web browser (desktop version), open the Developer tools panel on the right (Ctrl+Shift+I)
  2. Click on Network tab
  3. Click on XHR tab
  4. Log in my.t-Mobile.com and click Account at the top.
  5. In developer tools panel, choose manageaccount from the list on the left
  6. Account level promos will appear under accountDiscounts
  7. Line level features will appear under lines > # > addOns
  8. If there is a pending change, you can see exactly what it is by clicking productsPendingChange
  9. Rate plan appears under ratePlans
Can This Be Combined With Other Offers?
  • This deal CANNOT be combined with any of the following current T-Mobile promotional offers:

I called and got my fourth free-line and a free OnePlus 8 5G phone. Account shows the new free line promotion is added to Free Line on Us 3 (changed from $30 to $60). The nice CSR said that OnePlus 8 is the only free phone available this time.

I was just told by a Costco kiosk representative that only magenta plans qualify. I'd really like the extra line, but I'm feeling the hassle isn't worth it.

OnePlus 8 might be the FREE phone but can I also stack this promo with trade-in my old iphone and get iphone 12 mini free offer?

If your plan soc is eligible, no matter what they told you just add a line to your account.

If it's 10 voice lines then probably not. If it's less than 10 voice lines plus a couple of data lines then yes

Try a different rep. TIULFM9 is another one plus plan with 9-12 lines. Ask to change to either FRLTULFM9 or TIULFM9. I had mine change to TIULFM9 via T-force just today.

How did u get the Oneplus 8 for free? I thought it doesn't stack with the free line promo?
