It was nothing but mess since those lines were added. First My hookup discount disappeared and then netflix.
Had to readd everything manully. Took 2 months to straighten it up. Even now bills vary wildly from month to month and have to FB TForce each time to get it fixed.
I regret adding those 2 free lines. I really don't need them.
My advice don't get these if you don't need. It's not worth the issues.
- If I add a line (or two) and don't plan to use it immediately will I bill billed anything at all (like taxes, fees, whatever)?
- Once I do start using them, same question. Taxes and fee on the new lines or just my usual 4 x $40 = $160 bill?
Thank you.
When I added the free line yesterday, it shows under the account history as new line added to my account on certain date, and this line is on XXXX plan for $0.0 per month plus taxes and fees. It also shows as $0.00 under the new line.
If you go through T-force, it will be in writing also that the line is free.
The only thing I did along with the plan change was to add the new free line. Maybe that is somehow related to the 2020 line on us 3 dropping off. Let us see what happens.
